Nagpur Municipal Commissioner has allowed schools to reopen from February 1. The Municipal Commissioner Radhakrishnan B, using power granted to him by the State Government to take decision on opening of the schools depending upon the Covid situation, has issued a notification on Monday.
The off-line classes from Standard I to XII can be started by schools within the Nagpur Municipal Corporation limits.
The schools, however will have to follow all Corona rules, as provided from time to time during the Corona pandemic. The decision has been taken in view of receding Corona cases in the city. The teachers and other staff should be completely vaccinated. The schools should motivate the eligible students to get vaccinated. They can also organise vaccination camps in the schools.
