A Revenue Conference will be held in the city on February 25 and 26. The Revenue Department is the backbone of administration with common man coming in contact daily. Therefore, the conference will discuss on how to provide effective services to the people by solving their grievances.
In this background, Prajakta Lawangare-Verman, Divisional Commissioner, held a review meeting at Forest Academy at Chandrapur on Thursday to take review of the activities. Ajay Gulhane, R Vimla, Prerana Deshbhratar, Sanjay Meena, Dr Sandip Kadam, all Collectors, Milind Salve, Deputy Commissioner, Revenue, Vidyut Warkhedkar, Chandrapur, and Rajesh Khawle, Gondia, Addl District Collectors, were present.
Lawangare-Verma said that the conference was organised to provide relief to the common man by solving their problems at earliest possible. It would discuss on administrative issues that would benefit officials in their day-to-day work.
Asstt Collectors, officials and others were present. Vishal Meshram, Resident Deputy Collector, organised the meeting while Nilesh Gaund, Tehsildar, Sachin Khandale, Nayab Tehsildar and Suresh naitam, District Mining Officer, co-ordinated.
