The summer season has arrived and the effect can be seen as the days are getting hotter with each passing day. The leaves have already started shedding, covering the city roads.
Nagpur and Vidarbha region is recording rise in temperature. The afternoon temperature has began rising above 30 degrees Celsuis while the night remains cold ranging between 17 to 20 degrees Celsius.
On February 27, Nagpur recorded maximum temperature of 33.7 degrees Celsius while the 18.2 degrees Celsius was the lowest temperature.
According to Regional Meteorological Centre, Nagpur will see a gradual rise in temperature upto 37 degrees Celsius in coming days. Meanwhile Akola was the hottest city in Vidarbha with 37 degrees Celsius followed by Amravati at 36.2 degrees Celsius, Wardha at 34.9 degrees Celsius, Chandrapur 34.6 degrees Celsius, Yavatmal 34.5 degrees Celsius, Buldana 34 degrees Celsius, Nagpur 33.7 degrees Celsius, Brahmpuri 33.5 degrees Celsius, Washim and Gondia 33 degrees Celsius.
