From the town of Arni Jilha in the Yavatmal district near Nagpur, Pavan Rathod who is a rangoli artist was awarded the Artist of the Year award at the Jaipur Health Festival 2.0 (JHF). Pawan has been creating content on Josh for the past two years. He is also a provisional rangoli, poster rangoli and roadshow rangoli artist with over 12 million followers on Josh.
“Creating Rangoli has been a passion for as long I can remember and receiving this award serves as a motivation and sign to explore more. Art is a lifestyle which brings people together and encourages thoughtful conversation and understanding among the community. In addition to creating entertaining content, Pavan also aims at using the Josh platform and his reach to create social awareness through his art. At the Jaipur Health Festival 2.0, he was felicitated in the presence of an esteemed audience, including Transport Minister of Rajasthan – Pratap Singh Khachariyawas and celebrity guests like Gajendra Verma, Ravindra Upadhyay, Sangam Singh, Urfi Jawed, ShyamRangeela, Swaroop Khan. In addition to receiving the award, Pavan shared his talent with the audience present at the festival by creating a rangoli of the Josh app logo.
JHF is one of the biggest health carnivals of Asia, which was organized on 12th and 13th of March 2022 by Just Health & Wellness in association with Government of Rajasthan. This festival also provided a platform for creators to share their passion with Bharat.
