Every morning starts with a handful of almonds. Since I work out in the morning, I ensure munching on healthy nuts like almonds. Almonds provide energy and have satiating properties that help me keep energized going during the workout. Almonds are known to be a source of 15 nutrients such as vitamin E, magnesium, protein, riboflavin, zinc, etc. Almonds are a rich source of protein, a nutrient that is not only energy-yielding but also known to contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.

Yoga has been an integral part of my life for a long time now. Especially during and after my pregnancy, I made sure not to part my ways with yoga, which is why I dedicate an hour every day to Yoga. It has several benefits that help our body keep in shape and rejuvenates the aura around us. Further, it helps gives relief from back pains, strengthens our core, eases arthritis symptoms, boosts energy, and eases our mind which helps us sleep better. Yoga is a good source of de-stressing and takes on for the day with a relaxed yet upbeat mood.
Rinsing your body from toxins with Lukewarm Water
I have been following this ritual from a very young age. It is essential to start your mornings by drinking lukewarm water. You can add either a pinch of turmeric or have Methi water to blend it with nutritional flavours. Drinking warm water helps remove all the toxins from your body, aids digestion, improves our central nervous system, and keeps you hydrated. It relieves you from the seasonal cold and cough, keeps your skin clear, and gives it a shiny glow. Every member of the family starts their day with lukewarm water. Ensure imbibing this habit for your family from now itself. One could also add a boost of vitamin C by adding some lemons to it, which may help aid in weight loss.
