It is a matter of great pride for Nagpur as Kartik Jaiswal will attempt to break the Guinness World Record on June 15 at 12 pm at Vidarbha Hindi Sahitya Sammelan Hall for most pushups in 1 hour.
Kartik an MMA (Mixed Martial Art) has also been featured in the India and Asia Book of Records for his effort of breaking 770 tiles in 44 seconds.
Kartik has been preparing to triumph the world record of most push-ups in 1 hour (3,000). If he succeeds, he will be breaking World Record held by an Australian fitness freak.
Kartik will attempt the record by doing more than 3182 pushups in 1 hour.
For this Karthik has been practising for more than 6 hours a day and meditates for 1 hour to increase his willpower to break world records.
Vidarbha Creators Group leader Sunil Hood has sponsored Karthik.
