Sarpamitra Sagar Chaudhari rescued nine cobras at Kailash Masale, Mahalgaon, Kapsi, on Monday.
A person from Kailash Masale contacted Nitin Bhandakkar, Secretary of Wildlife Welfare Society, at 10,30 am that there were many cobras/snake and shought help to catch them. Bhandakkar immediately sent Sagar Chaudhari on the job. Sagar searched for five hours and then he found nine cobras one by one. During further search he found a big size cobra in the garbage with water but he rescued some small snakes.
Sagar then released successfully all the rescued cobras and snakes in outside place. The people watching the operation were frightened and heaved a sigh of relief when Sagar caught them.
