Indian Meteorological Department has issued yellow warning for all the 11 districts of Vidarbha on August 24 for thunderstorm with lighting very likely to occur at isolated places.
Meanwhile, an Almost dry spell-like situation is prevailing all over the Vidarbha region for the past couple of days. Nagpur city and 13 tehsils of the district have received 1 mm to 4.50 mm rainfall on a single day on Monday while the district has received 1104 mm of rainfall from June 1 till today as per official figures.
