Three Cameroon nationals who were arrested on charges of fraud by creating a fake website of a company were granted conditional bail by Judicial Magistrate First Class Sangram Jadhav on Tuesday.
The three accused identified Ral Amy Tsonga, Saunte Jackson Sato, Themwi Robert Ngwa were arrested by cyber cell from Delhi on August 21 as they were selling spurious products to the customers by creating a fake website of the J.K Solution company and publishing it on the India Mart website.
The purpose behind this was to cheat people and launder money. In this case Bhushan Sable, Director of the J. K. Solution company, lodged a complaint with the police.
On August 13, the police registered a case under Sections 419, 420, 468 of IPC and Section 66(C) and (D) of the Information Technology Act.
Advocate Mangesh Raut and Advocate Nazia Pathan submitted the bail application to the court.
