Started his journey of wildlife photography in the year 2009 by bird watching at Ambazari, Gorewada, and places near Nagpur. The zoophilist spent days visiting the jungles on a two-wheeler and even government buses.
The photographer wanted the people to have a closer look at the wildlife and hence chose photography. He has done diploma in photography.
Chodpa in conversation with The Live Nagpur told, started portraying the wildlife through his photographs and videos.
He started studying and learned wildlife through practical and field knowledge.
In the year of 2019, he started teaching wildlife photography to 200-300 students every year free of cost.
Yash till today has clicked more than 200 different tigers and did 1500 + safaris. The photographer frequently visits Pench Tiger Reserve and Umred Karandhla Wildlife Sanctuary. Yash said “I click pictures to keep memories alive.”
