Pipe & Drum Band of Bhonsala Military School, Nagpur bagged the first prize in All India
Sainiki & Military School Band Competition organised by Bhonsala Military School, Nashik
on 16 Nov 22 at Nashik.
In the eight minutes performance the band comprising of 24 cadets and a band Major
Cadet Sahil Sedam played various tunes viz ‘100 pipers’, ‘Valley of the Green’, ‘Deshon
ka Sartaj Bharat’, ‘Break of the Down’, ‘Trasphey & Reel’, ‘High Land Lady’ and ‘Saare
Jahan Se Accha’ bagging the first prize of Rs 25,000/- .
In the individual category Cdt Sanket Masram, Cdt Sanket Dofe and Cdt Pawan Masram won the best drummer, piper and bugler awards respectively getting additional collective cash prize of Rs 22,000/-
The school management congratulated the Band Instructor Sub Roshanlal Bhagat and the
cadets on their sterling performance.
