The Aurangabad unit of the BJP named a star in honor of the late former prime minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee on his birth anniversary on Sunday, December 25.
According to Shirish Boralkar, president of the Aurangabad BJP, a star has been named in honor of the recipient of the “Bharat Ratna.”
The star is 392.01 light years away from Earth. According to the news agency ANI, it is the star that is closest to the Sun.
“On December 25, 2022, the star with the coordinates 14 05 25.3 -60 28 51.9 was entered into the International Space Registry. Atal Bihari Vajpayee ji is the title given to the star “read the International Space Registry Certificate.
Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s birth anniversary was on Sunday, December, 25. Prime Minister Narendra Modi paid tribute to him and said that millions of people are inspired by his leadership.
In a tweet, the Prime Minister said, “Tributes to Atal Ji on his Jayanti. His contribution to India is indelible. His leadership and vision motivate millions of people.”
Prime Minister Modi declared that December 25 would be celebrated as “Good Governance Day” annually after taking office at the federal level in 2014.
From May 16, 1996, to June 1, 1996, and again from March 19, 1998, until May 22, 2004, Vajpayee was India’s prime minister.
From 1977 to 1979, he served in Prime Minister Moraji Desai’s cabinet as India’s Minister of External Affairs. On August 16, 2018, Vajpayee passed away at the AIIMS hospital in Delhi.
