As per the forecast, on January 5, 2023, Light Thunderstorms and Light rainfall are very likely to occur at isolated places over Amravati and Wardha, and light rainfall is very likely to occur at isolated places over the Nagpur districts of Vidarbha. Nagpur city has already witnessed light rainfall in a few places including Seminary Hills and very few droplets at VNIT, Nagpur.
