Despite imposing rules and regulations, the transgender community people are being sighted at various shops and stores asking for money.
Earlier, CP Amitesh Kumar reached out to 33 transgender groups across the city and informed them of the notifications, and warned them against the violations. However, they still continue to wander around in groups in the city.
