On April 7, the Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology (VNIT) hosted the three-day Axis technology festival. The festival began with an inauguration ceremony, which was attended by the CEO and MD of BrahMos Aerospace, Atul Dinkar Rane, who provided us with valuable information about the Brahmos missile.
It was fascinating to learn more about the technology underlying this project. Dr. Vijendra Singh Chauhan, lead chair and program head for the interview guidance programme Drishti, the vision foundation, shared his experiences and encouraged students to pursue careers as ISAs by sharing inspiring stories about the benefits of bureaucracy.
There was also an interesting interaction with the INDRO 5.0 robot, where students were in awe of the robot’s abilities. Axis VNIT promises to be an unforgettable experience for all with its diverse range of activities and exhibitions.
