Prof Hareram Tripathi has been appointed the Vice-Chancellor of Kavikulguru Kalidas Sanskrit University, Ramtek in Nagpur district. Maharashtra Governor and Chancellor of the University Ramesh Bais issued the appointment letter to Prof Tripathi.
Born on August 1, 1966, at Chakia village of Kushinagar (Janpad) Prof Tripathi is a meritorious student and expert in Navya Vyakaran, Bharatiya Darshan, Sankhyayog, Shankar Vedant, Nyay etc. He was Chancellor of Sampurnanand Sanskrit University, Varanasi. He was honoured with various awards at national and regional levels.
The term of Prof Tripathi will be of five years from the day he assumes the charge. Officiating VC Prof Madhusudan Penna welcomed has welcomed the appointment of a regular VC for the University. Prof Penna was officiating as the VC after Prof Shrinivasa Varakhedi was selected as VC of the Central Sanskrit University, Delhi.
