The Maharashtra government has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the establishment of 13,050 MW Hydro Pumped Storage projects. The MoU was signed between the government, National Hydro Power Corporation (7,350 MW), and Torrent Power (5,700 MW).
