The first merit list for First Year Junior College (FYJC) admissions in Mumbai is set to be released on June 21. Candidates vying for admission to Class 11 can check the merit list on the official website, 11thadmission.org.in. The Centralized Admission Process (CAP) was conducted online, offering over 3.7 lakh seats in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), including Panvel, Vasai, and Bhiwandi.
Once the first merit list is published, students will have a designated period to confirm their admission to the allotted seats. Following the completion of the first round, two more CAP rounds will be conducted. It is crucial for candidates who are allocated seats in their preferred colleges to confirm their admission; otherwise, they will not be considered for subsequent rounds.
For students seeking admissions through quotas, there will be two-seat allotment lists during the preliminary round, covering minority, management, and in-house quotas in colleges. The admission process for this round will conclude on June 22.
Additionally, Mumbai University will release the first merit list for admissions to various colleges today. Subsequently, candidates will need to undergo online document verification, fee submission, and complete undertaking forms between June 20 and 27, until 3 pm.
