The road between Centre Point School and TV Tower will be closed for traffic from August 1 to September 1, as water supply pipeline is being laid there.
Under the State Government’s Amrur scheme the main water supply pipeline of 1000 mmr diameter is being laid from Seminary Hill to Gandhi Nagar. The work of 600 meters between Seminary Hill water tank and the CPWD Quarters remains to be completed.
With the permission of all the Departments concerned the work will be started on August 1. Hence the traffic on the road is being blocked.
