The exuberant celebration of “Chocolate Chip Cookie Day,” where the culinary enthusiasts from the 1st year (Newbies) and 2nd years joined hands to embark on a flavourful journey under the expert guidance of Chef VISHAL CHAWRE.
“Chocolate Chip Cookie Day” was a resounding success, celebrating the fusion of passion and creativity that defines the culinary world. The event was a symphony of flavours, textures, and innovation as students united their talents to craft an impressive array of 19 cookie varieties, spotlighting chocolate’s ever-tempting allure. The students poured their hearts and souls into the creations, resulting in a mouth-watering spectrum of treats.
From the classic Oats Choco-chip Cookies to the imaginative Millet Choco chip cookies, Banana Caramel Raagi Cookies and the wholesome Bajara Jaggery Chocolate Cookies, each cookie was a testament to the ingenuity of the young chefs. The audacious Oats Red Velvet Cookies, the tropical delight of Chocolate Coconut Cookies, and many more reflected the students showcased their flair for innovation and gastronomic prowess.
