The Kalyana Karnataka Road Transport Corporation (KKRTC) has halted bus service to Maharashtra due to protesters setting one of the company’s buses on fire in Omerga, Maharashtra, during the ongoing Maratha reservation agitation.
At the time of the incident, the state-owned KKRTC bus was traveling from Bhalki in Bidar to Pune. Fortunately, no injury has been reported in the incident.
