The Nagpur Police have made elaborate arrangements for the security of President Draupadi Murmu who is arriving for a two-day visit. More than 4 thousand police personnel have been deployed for the security of the President. Full dress rehearsal was conducted by the police. The rehearsal was conducted at Raj Bhawan, GMC, Reshimbagh, and the airport.
More than 4,000 city police personnel will be deployed in Security. The bomb detection and disposal squad is already investigating at all the program sites. Police have surrounded GMC and Suresh Bhat Auditorium. CP Amitesh Kumar and Joint CP Aswati Dorje also held a meeting with officials on Wednesday. Keeping security in mind, a company of SRPF has also been called in the city.p
