Senior actor Ravindra Berde passed away following a massive heart attack on Wednesday. He was suffering from cancer of the throat and was being treated at Tata Cancer Hospital. Ravindra Berde was 78 and leaves behind his wife, two sons, daughters-in-law and grandchildren.
Ravindra was the elder brother of renowned actor Laxmikant Berde. Ravindra’s films Hamal De Dhamal, Changu Mangu, Thartharat, Zapatlela, Bhutachi Shala, Gammat Jammat, Ek Gaadi Baki Anaadi were hit on the screen. He acted in more than 300 Marathi and Hindi films.
