Shri Ram’s temple in Ayodhya will open for devotees from January 23. Railways has decided to run trains directly from various Cities to Ayodhya. Railways will run four Aastha trains, through which Ram devotees of Vidarbha will be able to reach Ayodhya directly. However, this train will run from Amravati and Gondia instead of Nagpur.
Central Railway has made railway arrangements from New Amravati Railway Station to Ayodhya on 7th and 25th February. This train will leave from Amravati railway station at 5.15 am. It will reach Ayodhya at 8.05 am passing through Wardha, Nagpur, Katol, Narkhed, Pandhurna and other stations on the way.
It will leave from Ayodhya on 9th and 27th February. This train will leave from Ayodhya for New Amravati at 6.50 pm and will reach at 10 pm the next day. There are a total of 22 coaches in this train, 20 sleeper coaches and two guard coaches.
At the same time, South Central Railway has also decided to run 2 trains till Ayodhya city. This train will reach Ayodhya via Gondia and Nagpur. These trains started running from the next month. Booking of which can be done only from IRCTC website.
