Styled in the form of 171 questions and answers, this book is expected to be useful for beginners as well as LLM students. In addition to covering Cyber Forensics and Cyber Security, the book also addresses frontier technological concepts ranging from Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, and Quantum Computing, along with the associated techno-legal challenges.
This is the 32nd book written by Dr. Swamy. His earlier works include the Kerala Sahitya Academy Award-winning travelogue ‘Shantimanthram Muzhangunna Thazhvarayil’ and ‘Neelakkurinji: Oru Vyazhavattathile Vasantham,’ which earned him the Kunhunni Award. Dr. Raju Narayana Swamy, popularly known as Kerala’s anticorruption crusader, recently made headlines for performing a record number of duties as Central Observer of the Election Commission of India, including serving as an International Observer during the 2018 Zimbabwe Elections. In 2021, he also received the prestigious Leonardo da Vinci Fellowship from the Center for Intellectual Property and Innovation Policy at George Mason University for his contributions to scholarship in intellectual property law.
Swamy was honored with the 2018 Satyendra K. Dubey Memorial Award by IIT Kanpur for his professional integrity in upholding human values. Additionally, he received the prestigious Homi Bhabha Fellowship in cyber law. Swamy holds a B.Tech from IIT Madras in computer science and engineering, as well as a PG Diploma from the National Law School, Bangalore, and an LL.M from NLU Delhi, both awarded with gold medals.
