The Food and Drug Administration had seized a bulk of Shinghada flour from the market. many people observe fast on Thursday and consume food made of Shinghada flour. The Lupin Pharma’s canteen must made available the food, which they consumed.
Shinghada flour has posed several problems for the people using it during fast. The FDA, after seizing the flour after Mahashivratri has not yet disclosed the laboratory report. The adulterated flour appears to be still available in the market. Despite the major incident on Mahashivratri people have continued consuming food made using Shinghada flour.
