Nagpur Municipal Corporation has installed a system with a QR Code at its 26 gardens through which visitors can make suggestions or register complaints. The system has been installed to get feedback from the people visiting these gardens. Based on the feedback NMC will be able to improve the facilities. The grievances can also be resolved.
The QR Code will be available at four to five prominent places in these gardens. The QR Code can be scanned using smart mobile phones to make suggestions to the municipal corporation.
The system was planned under the guidance of Municipal Commissioner and Administrator Dr Abhijit Chaudhari and Garden Superintendent Amol Chourpagar. The QR Code was installed at Major Surendra Dev Garden in Dhantoli on Friday. Major Surendra Dev Garden will act as a pilot project and will be followed in other gardens.
