Nagpur and surrounding areas are experiencing severe heat, with temperatures soaring to extreme levels. Nagpur, Wardha, Gadchiroli, Gondia, and Brahmpuri recorded temperatures at 45°C.
Chandrapur reported 45.2°C. The highest temperature was in Bhandara, which reached 46°C. Buldana had the lowest temperature in the region, but it was still a scorching 39°C.
Authorities are advising people to stay hydrated, avoid direct sunlight, and take necessary precautions to protect themselves from heat-related illnesses.
