NTPC Mouda has launched a significant Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative by embarking on the construction of a road and drainage system in Khandala Village. This project is designed to enhance both transportation and sanitation for the local community, directly benefiting 250 households.
The commencement of this important project was marked by a Bhoomi Pujan ceremony, conducted by Sh. K. M. K Prusty, the Head of Project (HOP) NTPC Mouda, along with representatives from HR and Civil Departments. This ceremony symbolizes the beginning of the construction work and reflects NTPC Mouda’s commitment to the community.
During his interaction with the village representatives, Sh. K M K Prusty reiterated NTPC’s dedication to supporting Project Affected People (PAP) villages. He highlighted the significance of the new infrastructure in improving the villagers’ quality of life and promoting sustainable development.
This CSR initiative by NTPC Mouda aims to not only improve the transportation network but also to address pressing sanitation issues, thereby contributing to the overall health, well-being, and development of Khandala Village.
