Lady Entrepreneurs’ Wing of Vidarbha Industries Association (VIALEW) successfully organised an enlightening session titled “Self-Care : Why You Matter” at VIA Auditorium, Nagpur. The session was aimed at empowering women entrepreneurs to embrace self-care and enhance their personal and professional lives.
The keynote speaker for the session was Kinita Seema Schripsema, Founder & CEO of Seema Global Consulting, LLC,GALLUP Global Certified Strengths Coach.
She has a passion for personal and professional growth in herself and in others, with women empowerment very close to her heart. Her passion for personal and professional growth, particularly in empowering women, provided valuable insights to the attendees.
Kinita shared the “5 R’s of Self-Care,” which include Rest : Prioritising adequate rest to rejuvenate the mind and body. Recharge : Engaging in activities that replenish energy and vitality. Reconnect with Yourself : Taking time for self-reflection and understanding personal needs and desires. Reconnect with Others : Building and nurturing meaningful relationships. Retake and Rhythm : stablishing a balanced routine that aligns with one’s life goals and values.
She guided the participants through these essential aspects of self-care and encouraged them to integrate these practices into their daily lives.
Earlier, VIALEW Chairperson, Rashmi Kulkarni welcomed the speaker and in her welcome address, she stressed that underscoring the importance of self-care for personal and professional success. Prafullata Rode also gave a memento to the guest speaker.
The event was well-received by VIA-LEW members, lady entrepreneurs, startups, and other interested women, fostering a supportive community committed to personal growth and empowerment.
