In a troubling development at Nandanvan, Nagpur, five individuals have been accused of orchestrating a financial fraud totaling Rs 62.91 lakh. The victims, including a couple identified as Yogesh Narendra Pashine (35) and Priyanka, were allegedly promised lucrative returns on investments in a garment factory.
The accused individuals named in the case are Shweta Moreshwar Nimje (27) of Nandanvan, Kavita Hiresh Kawade (40) of Shrikrishna Nagar, Nandanvan, Kanchan Moreshwar Nimje (32) of Nandanvan, Siddharth Chandrakant Thabare (35) of Vidyanagar, Nandanvan, and Hiresh Kawade (42) of Vidyanagar, Shrikrishnanagar.
Yogesh Pashine and his wife Priyanka had initially come into contact with the accused through a savings group. The case has been registered at the Nandanvan police station, and investigations are ongoing to apprehend the suspects and recover the defrauded funds.
