NTA released the revised result of NEET UG on Friday. In the previous results declared on June 4, a total of 67 students from across the country were awarded the first rank at the all-India level, including 3 students from Nagpur. In the revised result, released 52 days later, only 17 students from across the country hold the first rank. Surprisingly, in the latest results, 2 out of the 3 students from Nagpur have been removed from the list of top scorers.
Ved Sunil Kumar Shende of Nagpur was named in the previous rank 1 toppers list, but in the revised NEET UG result, he has got 25th rank. He has scored 715 marks out of 720. He has got 99.99 percentile.
However, earlier he had scored 720 out of 720 marks. Along with Ved, Krishnamurthy also had to lose his top rank. He also got 720 marks last time. But due to re-NEET, Krishnamurthy’s marks have also decreased. On the other hand, Subhan Sengupta has been successful in maintaining his All India first rank. Earlier, Subhan was also at the top in the results declared in June. This time too, he has maintained the number one position.
