The Railway Protection Force of the Central Railway, Nagpur Circle rescued 15 children from railway platforms under its ‘Operation Nanhe Farishte’. The children who fled their houses due to family disputes, lured by glamour or other reasons were handed over to their parents by RPF with the help of social organisations Childline 1098.
RPF contact experts in counselling and convince such children to return to their homes. Fifteen children were rescued and handed over to their parents by June 2024 end.
