The Nagpur unit of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (Credai) is set to hold its annual property expo from October 4 to 7. According to Abhishekh Jhavery, joint secretary of Credai, the properties on offer will range from ₹15 lakh to ₹5 crore. He noted that last year’s highest price point was over ₹3 crore, but this year, apartments valued up to ₹5 crore are expected to be showcased during the expo.
He mentioned that around 150 properties priced at ₹5 crore will be featured, along with 400 properties in the ₹1 crore to ₹2.5 crore range. In addition to these high-end flats, the real estate association expects a significant increase in demand for affordable homes priced around ₹35 lakh, driven by the subsidy available under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY).
Gaurav Agrawala, secretary of Credai’s Nagpur unit, added that the expo will feature properties of all categories, ranging from one-bedroom to six-bedroom apartments. He noted that the latest trend shows consumers are increasingly seeking flat systems equipped with amenities like gyms and community halls, as well as independent homes.
