The electoral process began with the announcement on October 15. Key dates included nomination filing by October 29, scrutiny on October 30, and withdrawal of nominations by November 4. Polling will take place today, followed by vote counting on November 23, with the process concluding by November 25.

District Collector and Election Officer Dr. Vipin Itankar has urged all eligible voters, especially those residing outside Nagpur, to return and participate in this democratic exercise. He highlighted the extensive awareness campaigns conducted over the past two months, which included rallies, marathons, and interactive voter engagement activities.
