Employees from Orange City Water (OCW) will be visiting residents in the coming days to conduct a survey aimed at assessing customer satisfaction with their services. This initiative is designed to improve service reliability and enhance customer experience.
Citizens are advised to verify the identity of OCW employees by checking their official ID cards. Any suspicious activity should be reported to the OCW call center or the local zone office immediately.
