Colliers India has released a report evaluating four parameters, including physical and social infrastructure. According to the report, Nagpur ranks first among the country’s top three emerging cities, with Jaipur and Lucknow also making the list.
Colliers India, a real estate consultancy, conducted a detailed analysis to assess the growth of emerging cities. The evaluation considered factors such as physical and social infrastructure, population growth, economic development, and the dynamism of the real estate sector. Cities with a robust ecosystem driven by government and private sector initiatives and strong potential for future growth scored higher in the assessment.
Nagpur ranked first among emerging cities, followed by Jaipur and Lucknow. These three cities are expected to perform strongly in India’s real estate market in the years ahead.
Swapnil Anil, Managing Director (Advisory Services) of Colliers India, stated that the expansion of expressways will improve connectivity and enhance facilities, driving city development and boosting economic growth.
