The Maharashtra government has announced the commencement of its Foreign Education Scholarship Scheme, offering a valuable opportunity for students from Other Backward Classes (OBC), Vimukta Jati and Nomadic Tribes (VJNT), and Special Backward Class (SBC) categories to pursue higher education abroad.
Applications for the scheme will open on April 17, and the last date for submission is May 17 by 6:15 pm. Eligible candidates can download the application forms from the official websites — www.maharashtra.gov.in and www.obcbahujankalyan.maharashtra.gov.in.
Applicants must ensure that the completed form, along with two sets of all required documents, is submitted before the deadline.
