Talented hockey player of the city Sayyed Niyaz Rahim was honoured by Vidarbha Hockey Association (VHA) for his selection in the Indian hockey probables at VHA ground on Wednesday.
Niyaz, who plays for Indian Railways and has won Hockey India’s three consecutive Senior Nationals for his employer, has been included in the 60-member squad which will undergo conditioning camp from April 8 at SAI centre, Bangalore.
