With a view to promote cycling, a cycle ride will be organised on Monday to mark the occasion of World Bicycle Day.
The ride will start from Law College square at 5.30 a.m. and by taking the route of Bhole petrol pump – right VIP road – Ramdaspeth – Ambedkar college Square – right – Laxmi Nagar Square – left – Khamla square – Pratap Nagar square- right – Mate square -Shraddhanad square – left – VNIT square – LAD square – straight – Ram Nagar square – Ravi Nagar square – left – Amravati road – right on Futala – right Ramgiri – Joggers lane it will terminate at Ladies Club square.
Everyone has to be on cycle and wear Helmets. Dr Amit Samarth who had created the history by participating in Race across America (5,000 km) and Red Bulls Trans Siberian extreme (9100 km) will be the main attraction of the ride.
Dr. Samarth is the second man in the history  who has finished two of the World’s longest and toughest bicycle races.
