The City will be receiving regular water supply from September 1 to 15 to mark the festive season of Ganesh Chaturthi.
Pintu Zalke Chairmen of Water Supply Committee Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) held a press conference regarding the new plans to supply 24 hours water supply to the city for the upcoming festival. In the press conference Dayashankar Tiwari, Sunil Agarawal, Divya Ghurde corporators were also present.
Pintu informed as the city gears up to welcome Lord Ganesh we will be resuming the regular water supply for the people from September 1 to September 15 he said that according to the current statistics 33% of water is stored in Totladoh Dam whereas 28% of water is stored in Navegaon Dam.
He further added that the officials would be reviewing the water level after September 15.
