Online transactions, not a secured mean yet

Online transactions, not a secured mean yet

Vendors of Nagpur are struggling with the current online transactions happening via Paytm, Google Pay and even Phone Pe. Small scale vendors and even the big shop owners have been facing the same issue over and over in time intervals. When the transaction is completed the costumer has a notification stating that the transaction has been completed and the requested amount has been deducted from the wallet but this same amount either never reaches the seller or even if it does, it’s after a week or so.

Chandrashekhar Dekate, a daily needs shop owner, has faced such incidents several times after which he changed his bank and for now the transactions are stable and going well but the previous transaction cash have not yet been credited to his bank account.

Prakash Kachhwa a Pav Bhaji Seller in Bajaj Nagar told TLN “During the early days when I started accepting cash via online transactions many of the time I had no time to check if my cell phone had a transaction notification as I used to be busy serving my customers. In all such cases I lost a heavy amount of cash as it didn’t reach my wallet even after the customer had it sent.

It was noticed that busy vendors and small scale businessman had to let go the customers and even their hard earned money which never reached their bank.
