The High Court Bar Association (HCBA), along with all members of the legal fraternity, has organized a grand felicitation of Chief Justice of India (CJI) Sharad Arvind Bobde on Saturday evening in the High Court premises City.
Former CJI R M Lodha the chief guest while Supreme Court judge Justice Bhushan Gavai preside over the function. Senior Administrative Judge of Nagpur bench Justice Ravi Deshpande and ex-SC judge Justice V S Sirpurkar grace the occasion.
A number of dignitaries including the sitting judges of Bombay High Court from the principal seat and benches at Aurangabad and Goa attend the function.
Many other legal luminaries and other VIPs also witness the grand event. Adv Gauri Venkatraman, President of HCBA; Adv Prafulla Kubhalkar, Secretary and Adv P B Patil, VicePresident, with all other members of the Bar are working hard for the success of the programme.
