After coronavirus induced lockdown thousands of migrant workers are facing difficulty in transportation to reach their hometown.
Amid this challenging situation,MSRTC provided free bus service to take migrant workers stranded at different places in city back to their homes and dropping them at the borders of Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh.As per information,on the last day of this service,506 labourers were dispatched from 23 buses from Ganeshpeth bus stand.Each bus had 22 passengers.On the otherhand,on the last day of the free bus service,the entire bus stand was sanitized with the help of employees of civic authority.
