The situation is really alarming as the number of COVID-19 patients in city increasing day by day.Amid this serious situation, the railway hospital is all equipped and ready to face any emergency.
The paramedical staff of the railway hospital have been trained to handle the situation.After the COVID-19 outbreak in city 40 quarantine beds were made for men and women at the railway hospital.The beds were also given in the RPF barracks at Ajni.
As per information,the Nagpur division of central railway had organised three workshops and imparted training to the 200 employees in the hospital like nurses,ward boys,paramedical staff.Besides this the railway administration is in constant contact with the district and civic administration.
