Recently Shri Saibaba Seva Mandal has filed a petition in high court  regarding encroachments around the Sai Mandir.And now the civic administration has given the assurance that the encroachments around the Sai Mandir will be removed in coming ten days.It also said that an application has also been made for police protection for this drive.
As per information, the hearing was held before ZA Haq and Anil Kilor.Shri Saibaba Seva Mandal purchased 10,894 sq. ft. land of PK Banerjee located in Khasra No.43 for Rs.35000.It also purchased 4500 sq. ft. of Laxman Bhoyar in Khasra No.34/6 for 93500.Both plots are located in Vivekanand Nagar.Nine persons have encroached on some parts of this land and constructed shops.After notice to demolish  illegal construction was sent on March 19,1999.And these persons had approached sessions court.However,they could not prove their ownership on the concerned land.Meanwhile,the civic administration of the city issued notices to all on January 1,2020 and directed to vacate the land. The devotees are facing real problems due these encroachments as they find it difficult to park their vehicles.
