Nagpur has been receiving continuous rain last two days as it was already predicted that heavy to very heavy rainfall with extremely heavy falls at isolated places very likely over East Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha, and Chhattisgarh from 27 August to August 28.
The continuous rain has caused problems for citizens as many low-level areas were submerged underwater. In Kanhan- Kamptee region water entered the house causing problems to the citizens. The water level rose affecting the daily lives.
Regional Meteorological Centre, Nagpur on August 29 predicted that for the next 3 hours Light to moderate rainfall very likely continues at many places over Akola, Amravati and Buldhana, a few places over Nagpur and at isolated places over Bhandara and Washim.
