Amravati: The Centralise Admission Process (CAP) of first year and direct second year Engineering and first year Pharmacy Diploma Courses conducted by Directorate of Technical Education, Mumbai which has been affected for the educational session 2020-21 due to coronavirus pandemic will be held from Dec 11 to 29.
This year only 2 rounds of admission will be carried out instead of usual 3 rounds.
Informing about the process Dr Jadhav Dr DV Jadhav, Divisional Joint Director of Technical Education said that Amravati Division has total of 4,818 intake capacity for first year engineering courses in19 institutes whereas 36 institutes have an intake capacity of 2,160 for Pharmacy Courses in the division.
All the above process will be held online in two rounds. Category wise seats available for the first round will be released on the website of the directorate on Dec 11.
The process to fill the online option having preferences for courses and institutes for the first round and to confirm them from the personal login Id of the candidates will be held from Dec 12 to 14. Â Â Â
Candidates have to confirm the seats allotted for the first round from their login on Dec1 and 18. Category wise of seats available for the second round will be releasedg on webiste on Dec 20. While to fill the institute and courses preferences will be available on Dec 21 and 22.
All the process will have to be completed by the candi- dates online, informed Dr Jadhav.
