JCI Nagpur and Walltex in association with Institute of Indian Interior Designers (IIID), Nagpur Region Chapter is organising a Grandeur Award Night for the Interior Designers in Central India on December 26 at Hotel Le Meridian, Wardha Road. Organisers are inviting nominations for the award until December 15 from entire Vidarbha and Chhattisgarh. Any practicing designer can nominate through online by visiting the official website www.walltex.in/idea. The nominees have to submit his/her project by uploading the drawing and actual site photographs in any of the award categories. One can even submit multiple entries in multiple categories. This is going to be a premium award show where in the organisers have arranged candle light gala dinner, live music, entertainment, quiz, prizes, lucky draw, etc.
There are various award categories such as Residential A (Villas and Bungalows), Residential B (Duplex and Penthouses), Residential C (Flats and Apartments), Small Offices (upto 2000 sqft), Large Workspaces (above 2000 sqft), Shops and Showrooms, Restaurants, Cafe, Bars, Salon, Spa, Gymnasiums, Hotels, Resorts, Farmhouses, etc. There is also a special category for Emerging Young Designers who have done very few but good projects in any category. Ar Paramjit Singh Ahuja, Chairman IIA, Ar Shera Bano Merchant, Jury, FOAID, Ar Rajendra Dongre, AB Dongre Associates, Ar Shweta Deshmukh, Jury, ACETECH, Ar Bhushan Jeswani, Chairman, Indian Interior Designers and Vatsala Srinivas, Associate Professor, Department of Interior Designing, LAD College are the Jury Members of this Award event. Abhijeet Raut, President, JCI Nagpur is the Chairman and Priyanka Shrinivas is the Secretary of this award convention.
