Nagpur reports zero deaths, 294 fresh COVID-19 cases, tally reaches to 133964

Nagpur district which has been registering rise and drop in daily cases from few weeks have been witnessing zero COVID-19 death from last two day.

On January 30, the orange city recorded zero COVID-19 deaths for the second consecutive day while in the day the district reported 294 fresh COVID cases with 4 people succumbing to the disease. After today’s addition of cases the tally of positive patients reached to 133964.

The total death toll due to the coronavirus so far has touched 4154 mark. Out of the total deaths 741 cases were reported from rural areas while 2721 cases from the city and 962 from out of the city.

After the fresh updates, the total active cases in the city now stands at 3254 including asymptomatic cases advised for home isolation.

Also, 347 corona affected patients became free from the infection taking the cumulative number of recovered cases to 126556 (including 68290 home isolation recoveries). After today’s update the recovery rate stands at 94.47%.

Today’s 294 positive cases were reported from various hospitals.

AIIMS (11),  GMC (50),  IGGMC (28), MAFSU (44), NEERI (30), RTMNU (18) Private Lab (77) and Antigen (35).

Today’s 4 fatality cases belonged to:
Rural (1) City (0) and out of city (3)
